Note: For water-flow issues, ensure the lid and pump cap are properly seated, and check the water tank level (above MIN).
Quiet Operation, Only 25-30dB: The pet water fountain runs quietly, with very little noise from the machine or water flow. It’s energy-efficient and won’t disturb your home’s peace and quiet. Note: When the water level is near or below the MIN line, the fountain may make noise. Refill above MIN to restore quiet, stable operation.
Advanced 5-Stage Filtration: Our fountain features a 5-stage filtration system with upgraded materials, including silver, composite scale inhibitors, and activated carbon. This combination ensures your pet has fresh and pure water for up to 3 weeks. Note: Clean the filter and the fountain every 2 weeks to prevent debris buildup that may lead to overflow.
Customizable Water Flow, Controllable LED: You can easily change the water flow by adding or removing the spout. Choose between a gentle flow or a more dynamic stream, depending on what works best for your pet. The LED light can be turned on/off using the button on the power cord.
