Proper application is key for success-Step 1: Wet 16 ToeGrips in isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Step 2: Stabilize the toe and press a wet ToeGrip onto the nail tip. Step 3: Push the top and sides of the ToeGrip into place using your fingernails or fingertips until the nail tip is exposed. The bottom portion of the ToeGrip shouldn't be pushed up the nail because it must contact the ground to provide traction. Step 4: Repeat steps 2 & 3 for all 16 nails. (ToeGrips shouldn't be applied to the crewclaws.) Important: Don't assume ToeGrips are too small because they don't easily slide onto the nails. Properly sized, ToeGrips should fit snugly.
